Image-Associations

Each data record (a person or an event) can be connected with an image.

[edit] Entering Data

When entering data, click on the Associate with Image checkbox to create a link between the data and the image that is currently shown in the Input-Assistance-Window.

If the image has not been saved to the database, a warning will be shown and you can save the image by clicking the Save button in the Input-Assistance-Window.

[edit] Editing Data

When editing a data record, the Associate with Image checkbox will be activated, if a association with an image has already been created. This image will then be shown in the Input-Assistance-Window.

You can change the associated image by selecting or loading another image and saving the data.

You can delete the association by simply unchecking the Associate with Image field and saving the data.
